PLEASE NOTE: ONLINE ORDERS DO NOT GUARANTEE WEAR DATES UNLESS OTHERWISE SPECIFIED

Our bridesmaids gowns are crafted to order, with a standard production timeline of 10–12 weeks. Rush production is available for an additional $40 per dress, reducing the timeline to 6–8 weeks. However, we do have super rush options available and if you require your dress urgently please email us at  info@dollhousebridesmaids.com  prior to ordering.

Once your dress has shipped, a tracking number will be emailed to you. 

IMPORTANT NOTES:

(a) POSTAGE AND FEES

Unless an item is confirmed to be faulty, postage fees, rush fees, and any taxes cannot be refunded. Return postage costs are the customer’s responsibility and will not be compensated for by Dollhouse Bridesmaids. 

Any additional taxes that may be imposed upon receiving your item must be paid for by the customer. Dollhouse Bridesmaids DO NOT compensate for this. 

(b) CANCELLATIONS

Our orders are automatically processed so we regret that we are unable to make any changes or to your order after placement. Cancellations are not accepted. 

(c) FAULTY/DAMAGED ITEMS

All our dresses are checked by our quality control team before they are dispatched. However, if your dress arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us immediately and we will resolve this for you promptly!.
